SupaEarnNaija Platform Legal Agreement & User Code of Conduct

Binding Agreement Upon Registration:

By creating an account, registering, logging in, or accessing SupaEarnNaija, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to all terms stated here, you are not permitted to use the platform.

1. Legality, Legitimacy & Platform Purpose

SupaEarnNaija is a completely legitimate, legal, and compliant digital task distribution and market research facilitation platform. We operate as a digital bridge connecting verified third-party advertisers, survey partners, sponsors, and offerwall vendors with independent online users.

SupaEarnNaija is not an investment platform, Ponzi scheme, or financial institution. Compensation awarded to users represents micro-rewards and task completion incentives funded by our network of commercial advertisers for genuine tasks completed.

2. Voluntary Deposits & Free Access

Depositing funds on SupaEarnNaija is strictly non-compulsory. Any eligible user can register, complete available free tasks, and earn rewards completely free of charge without spending or depositing money.

Where optional deposit features or wallet top-ups exist, they are made entirely at the user’s sole discretion for voluntary feature utilization (such as ordering promotion packages or optional platform enhancements). Depositing money does not guarantee fixed financial returns.

3. Promotional Funds & Non-Withdrawal Policy

Strict Rule: Promotional Balance Restrictions

  • Funds, bonuses, or credits awarded through promotions, sign-up campaigns, coupon vouchers, or giveaway codes CANNOT BE WITHDRAWN to external bank accounts, e-wallets, or cash.
  • Promotional balances are non-transferable and can ONLY be used for internal platform activities, including:
    • In-app purchases, task boosts, and digital feature unlocks
    • Risk-free internal participation and platform entertainment/betting activities
    • Standard in-app activities and promotional upgrades
  • Only direct main balance earnings accrued from fully validated standard task completions and verified task payouts are eligible for external withdrawal requests, subject to minimum withdrawal limits.

4. Promotional Figures & Earnings Disclaimer

Monetary values, potential earnings estimates, figures, or screenshots displayed in advertisements, social media campaigns, promotional videos, or banners are illustrative examples only. They reflect potential scenarios or past user achievements and do not guarantee minimum earnings for any individual user.

Actual user earnings differ and vary significantly depending on individual activity level, geographic location, advertiser budget availability, task accuracy, and offer verification. SupaEarnNaija does not guarantee fixed daily or monthly income.

5. Anti-Fraud & Zero-Tolerance Policy

To protect our advertisers and community, SupaEarnNaija strictly prohibits fraudulent actions. Engaging in any of the following will result in an immediate permanent ban and total forfeiture of all account balances:

  • Registering multiple accounts per person, device, network, or IP address.
  • Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Proxies, or IP-altering software.
  • Utilizing automated bots, auto-clickers, scripts, or emulators.
  • Submitting fake, manipulated, or fraudulent task verification screenshots.
  • Exploiting system glitches, server postbacks, or referral loops.

6. Account Verification & Withdrawal Validation

SupaEarnNaija reserves the right to review, hold, or reject withdrawal requests pending anti-fraud verification, advertiser postback confirmation, or identity checks. We reserve the right to ban offending accounts without prior notice if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

SupaEarnNaija shall not be held liable for third-party network outages, payment gateway delays, offerwall validation rejections, or account suspensions resulting from user violations of these terms.
